Terrible service

When I started the process of my name being removed from debt review I was told the process take about 3 months even if I didn't pay the installment in full, they will still remove my name then after I can continue to pay them. We started the process in March and now we are in December and I have not been removed from debt review. They dont call back to give an update and also take hours to respond on whatsapp. Terrible service and would not recommend this to anyone, I'm minded to conclude this is a ****.
