Status removal

Consultant that I spoke promise me heaven on earth and they deducted after that the was no update on what she promised I had to contact to find out that there is a transfer documents I should have received eventually got them then they kept quiet until I sent an enquiry now they are telling me of the 2 installments outstanding but they have been quite for two months and none was explained
