Poor service
Mrs Mahlangu We are not happy with their service. The worst service we've ever met. I remember complaining about them early this year and they acted is if they are concern. Tha next this all they want is the documents after that since they've been quiet and it's month end of March now since last year late September. Wherelse they said their service takes 3 months. We are really disappointed.

Mus you and I are on the same page. Me too since last year September been waiting and what annoys me most is that they too quickly to debit the money into my account but instead of delivery they play dark and dive. Early this year around January they made lousy excuses and demanding my documents. Thay said my file is with the lawyers they will call and update me, of which they never did. Up to this date that's when I do the follow ups again and making excuses as always. Maybe they should refund us because its over 7 months now. I am really ****ed with their poor service.
