Poor and bad service

I recently posted a review on Helopeter after paying the full amount of R7500 to have my debt review removed. The next day, I received a call from one of their agents confirming that I had been cleared from debt review. However, I later discovered that I am still under debt review, and the red flag is still active. They are ****mers, and I don't understand why this office is still operating, as they are taking advantage of people. I want my money back R7500 is a lot of money
