PATHETIC SERVICE!... ***********!

Last year September u got a call from 1 of their agents and he convinced me to get their device. I wanted to get removed from debt review. I paid everything that I owed and all that was left was to remove the debt review. I had to pay R1250 for 6 months.

They have a process that thy follow and they tell u how long the process will take. In their papers and when they explain it they say that you will be removed by month 5 and then by month 6 u will get ur papers that say that the flag has been removed.

Its been 7months now but still, no paper, no nothing, I paid everything for 6months so in total I paid R7500 and I'm STIIIIIIILĹLLLL under debt review!! the flag is not removed, I don't have papers, NOTHING!

They keep giving me the run around saying that their workers are working on my case, ITS BEEN 7 MONTHS!!!! When I call they say they will call me back and thy don't. Thy say they will update me be still nothing, no emails, no updates, nothing.

At this point I'm not even sure if they are a **** or what, I feel helpless and feel like I paid for nothing. :( I'm extremely disappointed with their service, I thought by now I'll be removed from debt review, ive been patient, its been 7 MONTHS. All they keep telling me is lawyers lawyers lawyers but nothing is happening 7 months later!
