Paralyzed with anger and regret

Mdalisu debited R1 250, twice today. After I had informed them, in writing, not to make any further debit orders, as I was now unemployed. To make matters worse, they were suppose to help me to exit debt review, they just kept on making debit orders without ever updating me on the progress. That is when I decided to cut ties with them and let them keep whatever money they had debited. But that wasn't enough, they came back & debited twice more, this month, after I informed them to stop, via WhatsApp and email. Now when I contact them, they are all acting confused and sending me from pillar to post.
