Not happy with service received

I’m very disappointed with the service from Mdalisu no updates ,I finished paying them last year September for the removal of flagging on my name I kept on contacting them it’s been a story after another , the last one is my file was returned with out being updated , the last email I have sent there is no reply received I don’t know the type of game they are playing but it’s bad for their company mane
