Not even poor service

To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement,I was given false promises by their agent and took the product and paid the amount as per the agreement and this was early February 2025 till to date nothing was done and took it upon myself to file disputes with credit bureaus and got the accounts removed myself. From last year I am fighting to get my refund and if it's not their agents dropping calls and chats while asking for assistance it's them ignoring emails.Its despicable how you treat people as we work very hard for this money we don't have and the trust we had given to you as a business
