No service from
Poor communication and very sluggish service delivery. I have unfortunately selected this service provider as my new debt counselor for the clearance certificate. Transfer letter was submitted to them twice and still no communication from them.

Im still waiting for the clearance certificate. Helpdesk and the appointed debt counselor not responding to my multiple emails. I have sent you all required documents but not getting any assistance. My debt review balance is now showing zero on my credit profile but the flag still remains.
