Misleading people

They debited money from my account without me giving them the documents they had asked for and before i signed any form of contract as to me agreeing to their terms and conditions. When I phoned them to enquire I was told to submit a letter and affidavit that states that I'm unemployed which I did..After that they phoned to tell me that they were not going to refund me the money they debited
