****mers full of empty promises

This company is a total ****, and I believe even the people who are posting reviews about this company are **** clients or people promoting this ****ming plots.

I have been registered with Mdalisu financial service providers since 2023. This year i am commencing a 3rd year journey of no results or no assistance from this financial solution company.

The only good and professional part about this company is the marketing department that pulls or lured people to sign up and promises clearance within 6 months.

I signed in 2023 the whole process took less than 3hrs that's including debit order confirmation and debi check confirmations with their accounts department.

I then patiently waited since all the documentation was submitted and confirmation was received from their end that all is in order and they will be processing my clearance. Passed the 6 months period as promised, and nothing happened not even a phone call received or any form of communication was received from them.

To my surprise after I waited more than six months when i contacted their offices. I was informed that my file has not been attended nor submitted for my clearance application. When I requested for my refund I was told that they do not do refunds, but was transferred to Thobile Khawula who promised and assured me that she will push my file to the correct department so that it's attended and processed. Then silence took place again until I followed up after several attempts of trying to get hold of their offices with their auto director that keeps on saying the extensions are engaged or not available. I was told that the court has granted my clearance, but they're still waiting for the attorneys to submit. That is the last update I received mid 2024.

Till today I am still waiting. Instead every day I receive marketing calls promising to assist with my listing clearance while i am still registered and queing for assistance that i why I am saying this company is a **** all they want is our money.
