I still have note received any feedback from them after sending numerious emails, they making an idiot out of me telling me to send to their helpdesk email. I've also cc'd the below. Zuziwe Ndwandwe <***> Ncebakazi Monakali <***> Nonjabulo Dlamini <***> All they do is say they'll get back to me, and now even when i call i get put on hold and they cut the call. From 2024 still not help from these ****mer. all i want is my money back coz clearly they aren't going to help me at all.

I'm forwarding this matter to Legal Practice Council and NCR.
