Mdalusi I want my money

This company has been taking my money for two months now R1250 a month, And I do not know them I never gave to them my details. Capitec is saying is debit check that have agreed on which I never got a mandate to approve. Now the numbers I get from thier website do not go through and the email is also say it is invalid. I do not have a way to communicate with them. Can I get assistance as I want my money back. I am a pensioner and I don't have salary to just throw money away every cent to me counts.
