Mdalisu very poor service

Not happy with the service I have been receiving from this company. Yes they have assisted to a certain degree in getting NCR to remove red flags in my profile but they leave you hanging and let you do all the follow ups. They have promised that the red flag would be removed and my credit status be updated with the credit bereaus within a certain period of time. After confirming that NCR has updated their system you are sent from pillar to post trying to get the bereaus to update their system. I have been battling to get this resolved for almost 2 months now. Not happy at all.
