Mdalisu services is very poor

I wanted them to help me to clear my but before the process start I ask them to deduct on my on the following month of it may 2026, but they started on end of April i asked to reverse the debit they refused then I sent them an email to cancel the policy with due of the bad service I received, again end of may 2026 they deducted on my account their service is really poor they want to continue with them even though you feel it not business it about money, again I've to asked them to refund my money as I've cancelled their policy.
