When i signed im Mpho said they help in removing arreas first then do payment Arrangements with the bank. But today they telling me they don't remove arreas. I have prof of screenshots where they said so. Just because tgey took my money they don't do what they promised to do

Process takes 2-3 months months in this case but if your overdue balances are above R7000 on your accounts then it's 3-4 months. Also that will depend on the option you'd take. Either installments or settlement discounts.

3. After all that is done and you've settled or paying in installments, your score will automatically increase cos you'd be in no arrears and everything will be paid up or rather still paying without skipping a month.
