Mdalisu not removing my name from debt review but I paid them now they referred me to NCR😭

I'm Phumzile Nyawo I requested Mdalisu to assist me in removing my name on debt review in October 2022, they promised that the process will take 3 months, it's 7 months now, they don't respond to my calls, emails or WhatsApp. The last message I received from Lundani who is a consultant there is done they have done their job by applying for removing my name from debt review NCR is the one who's supposed to remove me if they don't Bona they can't help me😭😭 the R7500 plus R240 monthly that they are deducting what is for if they can't help me, I have been patient enough with them. I made my payment arrangements and settled most of my accounts only left with one. Mdalisu is an additional problem to your problem never ever trust them.
