Mdalisu no communication no updates

Good day, I am writing to register my frustration with Mdalisu financial services. I submitted all my paperwork as requested, they have been debiting R1250 for 6 months successfully soo ,I have requested feedback from said company to no avail. I have sent WhatsApp messages, emails and tried calling, with numbers provided. I even tried the same person that was helping me on whatsap i dont find her, its been dead quite i am not sure if my debt review has been sorted or what
