MDALISU ****MED ME - PROMISED TO REMOVE DEBT REVIEW FLAG BUT CANNOT ACTUALLY DO IT.

I completed an application with this company to have my Debt review flagged removed from all bureas as they promised, they have been debiting my account but did nothing up until i kept calling and insisted on a responce. They then sent me a court order and told me to contact the company that placed me on debt review and ask them to have the flag removed. I called again and again and they kept giving me the run around. I told them i app**** and paid so much money to them as agreed when i was approched by the agent she confirmed they do everything, also on the application form i signed it clearly states they will remove the flag. to date that has not happened. they then sent me a transfer letter and power of attorney for me to sign over to another company that can assist with this matter but i refused as they didnt mention any charge for that and also who is this company as i paid MDALISU already to do what they said they will do.

i given them chances upon chances and still nothing.

This is ***** as they manipute people into this process with undelived promises and cannot actually do what they say they will do.

I did submit the court order to Debt busters but they are refusing to remove the flag as they require the annextures and time of sit down which Mdalisu failed again to deliver.

Just very very careful with this company. they are ****mers.

I want a full refund asap or i am now going to refer this to the ombudsman.
