Mdalisu is unreliable and useless

I had a matter with them and in February 2022 I closed my file and had a refund of R1000 due to me, was advised it would be paid end of March and was okay with that but on 01 April 2022 I received a message saying the refund had been processed and still to date it has not reflected and after countless calls with no assistance they asked for my bank statement to prove they hadn't released any funds to me, then out of the blue I see they debited my account R1000 and nobody seems to know what the hell is going on in that office, I call about 4 times a day to try and speak to anybody from finance and since the beginning of April everybody is in a meeting and nobody ever gets back to me. They are now sitting with R2000 of mine that does not belong to them. All I want is my money back immediately and I am tired of their empty promises that result to nothing.
