i am frustrated regarding on going issue with my account that i have authorized them to stop this is now the 2nd month they deducting R1000 from my account and my bank cannot stop this debit order which needs to be stopped by them.

i contacted the call center after days of trying eventually got to someone and they said i would get a call back even though i insisted i get help straight away they still have not seen to my request.

i do not see any changes to my credit score that they supposedly said would change

i need these bunch of ****mers to stop what they doing and stop this! this is absolutely wrong of you to do this to people i want my money back!!!

i have sent emails to *** and noone responds nothing!!! i want my money back!

and the consultant i was talking to has blocked me i want my money back
