MDALISU IS A ****

In 2023 I wanted to buy a car so my credit score was low. Then a dealership referred me to Mdalisu to get assistance, On the 15th January 2024 I visited their offices to get assistance. I was assisted by the lady called Buhle. I submitted all the documents required. My request was for them to clear LeMorgan cos was over 3 years. Since then I never received any feedback from them. I then started to bother myself and called the local office where I started, I didnt get help only to be given contacts for Nxele. I called him several times until I send him whatsup, only to find that the number is automated. I followed instructions for several times, I do have proof. On the 13 February 2025 I visited the local branch to request my money back because the service never rendered and the client is not satisfied. The guy by the name of Muhle assisted with and he cascaded the quiry to the head office. Wednesday, 19 February 2025 there was a lady called and her tone was protecting the company. She read through their transaction and for the first time I was told that the case closed with HomeChoice and TFG account updated yet I needed only to be assisted with LeMorgan. Homechoice was paid and TFG is an open account, why did the do that because they were not in my queries. So the reason for my complain is I need my money back becasuse they didnt help me. How can I pay R3000 for only updates and the LeMorgan Im paying till today
