Mdalisu financial services

Iam so unhappy with Mdalisu Financial Service.I am writing here for the second time about their services.I canceled their service about 2 months ago but to my surprise they debited on my account again without my authorization.I don't know how many times must I cancel this with them hearing my request,last time they debited 1250 when they called they told me they can't bring back my money bcs of some reason so the lady I spoke with I told her I wana cancel their services but stil another 1250 was deducted on my account.Can I pls get assistance via this
