Mdalisu, Debt review removal

I spoke with Mdalisu, they said they have already removed me under debt review, I requested a proof, something in writing, they failed to give me one, I then did my research with NCR, NCR confirmed that I am still under debt review, they even sent me a screenshot which shows that m still under debt review... If you call Mdalisu offices, they tell u lies after lies, After all I paid them in full R7500, It clear they are ****ming me, on the contract that I signed with them they made it clear that the process takes 3 to 6 months to be cleared, however it been 7 months going to the 8th month without any assistance, if I call their office they will not tell you the truth they always lie saying that I have been removed under debt review
