Mdalisu bad service

I'm still not sure about this company called Mdalisu. I've paid two installments already but there's no feedback regarding my account. I try to call them yesterday and the lady who answered gave me attitude, telling me I should stop calling them on their cellphone number and I should use 087 I said to her just give me the whole number cause 087 is not the number, she hangup... Please assist.
