I have never dealt with a financial institution which *****s from people. How do you debt money from a person without signed documents but yet your contract reads as follow ( A signed agreement and mandate is require in order to debt one's account) but yet here you are debiting my account without any documents. i want my money back. Your agents are ****s who don't even follow procedures. Now am no one is returning my call and the agent who **** to me is not even replying to my text messages nor my calls SIBONGAKONKE ISIBANISEAWE. He said he has sent through a request for the mandate to be cancelled asked his manger to call me but yet i still haven't received a call from the so call manger, he cant even sent me proof to show that he has requested for the mandate to be cancelled because your company is now taking money from me without a signed contract and that is *****. Basically you are *****ing from my account. how do you really operate.

how you so quick to call looking for clients but once you done *****ing from us you disappear even calls cant go through. The company doesn't even have managers because real managers are quick to assist to protect the reputation of the company. How can one deal with such incompetency. I WANT MY MONEY BACK
