Just taking my money but no service

Good day. I am very disappointed with your service. You deducted the amount of R1500 for your services. After 2 months I sent you an email requesting a refund as no one has called me or supp**** me with any services that was promised! After that someone tried to call me 1 time but I was in a meeting. After that nothing ever again. I still want my refund as you supposed to be helping with your finances but just taking money and the never give any assistance! I do not want anyone to call me 4 months later again. I just want my refund and our paths will split
