i regret it

I signed up with Mdalisu in January 2025, and since then, they have debited my account three times as per our agreement. I joined them in good faith, with the intention of resolving my debt responsibly and expected professional support in return.

Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing.

I spoke to a consultant named Lile Mbatha, who initially promised to help me by sourcing the contact details of my creditors. I explained clearly that I had no issue paying my debts — I simply needed the correct information to make payments directly and provide proof so that Mdalisu could update my credit profile and begin clearing the negative listings.

Since that conversation, nothing has happened. It has now been two weeks with no follow-up whatsoever. Last week Thursday, I was asked to send my ID number via email, which I did — and again, no response since.

This is incredibly unprofessional. As a client making regular payments, I expected better communication and action. Mdalisu has failed to deliver on their side of the agreement and has left me in the dark, despite my efforts to cooperate and resolve my financial obligations.

I’m now at the point where I regret signing up with Mdalisu. If this is how they treat paying clients — ignoring them, breaking promises, and failing to follow up — then I cannot recommend them to anyone seeking real financial help.

At this stage, I’m considering requesting a refund for services not rendered. I’m also saddened to see that others seem to have experienced similar issues. This is not how you build trust or provide a responsible service to people trying to rebuild their financial lives.

Mdalisu, please take this as a formal complaint and an urgent request to respond and resolve this issue.
