I found that their level of feedback is really poor

I found that their level of feedback is really poor. Unless you ask them for feedback and even with that, you have to go through multiple people for atleast one person to actually be willing to assist you. I don't think it is good for them considering the kind of service they offer and the amount you pay to get that service. I thought I was being ****med at some point because no one reached out to me while they were debiting my account. However I've finally got feedback and a lovely person by the name of Gcuma Yaliwe assisted me. The only person who thought it was logical to ask me for my ID number. So thank you to her. We aren't done with the process so I'm hoping things will be smooth sailing from here
