I am a begging for close of my case as promised or refund my 18 months

Morning i hope this finds you well , i have decided to seek help from hello peter due to non response/ feedback from Mdalisu , I entered into agreement with Mdalisu august 2023 first debit deducted i have since not receive any communication or response. I have trail of email making enquiry no response calls are being dropped or i get i will call you back. I have sent whatsapp no response. However in all lack of service the amount is going off my account and i cant stop the debit . my email is ***. I would appreciate your feedback on progress of the case as promised that my case can be resolved in 5 months though it has been we are on 18 months.
