How long will it take to cancel my membership???

I sent an email to Mdalisu at the Helpdesk (*** ) on the 4th of September to request the cancellation of my membership. Today is the 19th of September, and I've been patiently waiting for a response and cancellation of my membership.

There is an open ticket — Membership Cancellation Request #3818 — but no updates have been provided. How much it's takes to cancel the membership? Is Mdalisu buying time to debit my account again?

How much longer am I expected to wait for this cancellation to be processed?

I don't recommend Mdalisu, they make it hard to find them, they don't pick up calls, their WhatsApp doesn't help. It been almost two month I signed but I'm still waiting for financial advisor to contact as per their promise.
