Harassment of consumer rights

Very bad service. All I wanted was them to cancel my contract in the first five working days and remove debit order on my bank account. I sent them email and there was no and i went to their whatsapp i sent the message and still there was no response. Mind you i didn't sign anything as they dont want to cancel my contract. The only thing done was me approving agreeing to their terms and i approve a debit order. Telephone agreement was done on Thursday (14/11/2024) and i requested them to cancel everything on Tuesday (19/11/2024) but still today there's no response and their agent (Thabiso Magwaza) have decided to block me on whatsapo. In their contract (which i didn't sign) it indicates that i can cancel in the first five working days yet theres no response.
