getting debited for services that i did not sign for
Mdalisu refuses to cancel my debit order when I did not even sign any documentation with them. basically they will be debiting me R3000 for the services that i never signed up for.

CANCELLATION
4.1 The Client has the right to cancel this agreement within five (5) business days from
date of entering this agreement at no cost. If the Client made payment and cancels
this agreement within five (5) business days, Mdalisu will refund the client the total
amount paid.
