Failing to remove my name from debt review but deducted R1250 for 6 Months

I am under debt review and I called Mdalisu Investments for help , they said they can help remove the debts review flag off my profile , they deducted R1250 for 6 Months from last year from August until October. I was granted a court order but till today I am still appearing under debt review everytime I call them they say I must wait, by the way the are also deducting R220 every month . Can I get help anywhere report this company coz I got no help I was ****med here
