Dont trust Mdalisu Investments

They approached me to assist with getting my name cleaned off debt review after i had paid all accounts in full.

i paid them the R6500 and they sent me a Court Order document stating i had been removed. When i tried to open a Cheque account to start building my rating up again i was told im still under debt review. When contacting them in March they said they needed a letter from NCR which they waiting for. I have phoned emailed and to date nearly going into September i still have not be removed from Debt Review.

Dont trust these this company they take your money and never assist you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • So you get a call agent to call me back and give me the same BS you have been giving me for the last 6 months.
  • i told the call centre agent i wanted a Manager to call me with timelines on when i can expect this issues to be resolved
  • to date i am still waiting...............................
  • December will 1 year since my name was removed off debt review by the Courts yet i am still reflecting that i am under Debt Review
  • WHEN CAN I EXPECT A CALL WITH TIMELINES WITH THE ISSUE BEING RESOLVED??????????????????????????????????????
  • THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  • YOU TAKE MY MONEY BUT CAN'T DELIVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
