Bad Service

I am really disappointed with this company. I joined this company in December regarding debt removal under my name. A payment agreement for 6 months was set in place and was informed that within 3 months of my agreement I will be removed from debt review. Till now I am still under debt review and no communication is made on there end.

I am always the one calling even when I go to the offices I was informed everything is on track and my documents are with the lawyer. I was informed of this in May but still nothing has been done no service delivery and no feedback but the debit still runs.

I am very unhappy with this service and will like them to take ownership of the service they promised
