Disappointing service

I Have fully paid my R7500 to clear my name. In August they sent me court documents showing that my court order was approved to clear my name and every time I emailed to asked what's the hold up, they said that by end of November my name will be cleared because they sent it to the NCR to update my records. Its going almost 6 months from the time my court order was approved.

up till today nothing has been done...they keep saying that its not in theirs hands anymore because they sent my stuff to the NCR and they need to update...so what was the point because my contract was with Mdalisu.
