Disappointing

I have a problem with Mdalisu PMB. They promised to help clear my debt review 2 years ago but have not delivered on their promise. I have been in constant communication with them and all i get are empty promises. Finally, this year mid September, i was notified that my case won at court and all documents were forwarded to the relevant bureaus but till today my debt review flag is still reflecting and i'm still being debited money i was supposed to pay for only 6 months (after 3 years) This is really frustrating
