Disappointed is an understatement

I enquired with Mdalisu on getting assistance on my debt review removal and they offered to assist. I was debited without consent and I was told that I finished paying the required amount. I've been trying to make contact with them for 2 weeks, I sent emails to Snenhlanhla Majola and to date I have no response from her. . The problem here is that we entrust this institution with out money but as soon as they get it then there is no proper service. Either they provide the service or give back the money simple. Another thing is they do not allow us to go into their office at Shop No 2 Metropolitan Building 391 Anton Lembede St, Fenton Lane, Durban if they are there too.
