Deceived and Debited R1000 - No Loan Received from Mdalisu

I am extremely disappointed and feel ****med by Mdalisu.

On the 25th August 2025, R1000 was debited from my account. I app**** for a LOAN through Mdalisu and was told my loan was approved and a R1000 debit order would be set up.

Till today, I have NEVER received any loan.

When I called to query, your consultant told me my application was NOT for a loan but for "fixing my credit score". This is NOT what I app**** for and NOT what I was told when I app****. I never consented to a credit-fixing service.

I was told my case is escalated to your legal department and someone would call me. It's been over a week - NO call, NO refund. Nothing.

I want my R1000 refunded immediately within 48 hours. This debit was not authorized for the service you claim.

If I do not get my refund, I will escalate to the Ombudsman and the National Credit Regulator (NCR).

Please contact me urgently to resolve this.
