Debts review complain

Hello Peter. They have done it again. They have done what they always do to other people. When I first reported this company they starting calling me and also taking my calls and emails. And they made as if everything is being sorted out, they made me sing furthure with them an affidavit and took my case to court and promised me within 30 days I will be cleared from debts review. Even so I'm still not cleared and from August 23 it's been 3 full months waiting and now they have started again on not taking my calls, not returning my emails and ignoring me about my clearance from debts review. I can't continue paying the company their installments when I don't see their job, our relationship has trust issues since they can't keep their promise. Please help me find out what's holding back on my name to be removed form debts review.
