Debt review removal

Paid this institution R7500 to have my name removed from DR and it's been 6 months waiting for progress on my case. Most of the numbers on their website are not working and the whatsapp number is dead as well.

Please stay away from these people, they are out here to ***** people and make money by lying. I've tried to reverse the payment but unfortunately my bank can't help because they made me sign a debi-mandate. Next stop is to report them and open a case against them.
