Debt Review Removal

BAD SERVICE, I was happy at first with their service but after I was granted a court order to be removed from debt review nothing has happened, I was granted a court order on August 13 2025 and they told me to wait between 21 - 35 working days for my status to be updated but still today I am still under debt review and I have even finished their six months installments, if I call them they just say they are still waiting for NCR to update status but the latest circular from NCR says otherwise with regard to the waiting period for a status to be updated, i am even in a process of finding other reliable company to assist me, i have wasted a lot of money I MUST SAY I AM VERY DISSAPPOINTED WITH THEIR SERVICE, hopefully i will find the right company to help me i wish i knew earlier because i wouldn't have asked them for assistance
