Debt review flag not removed

I am not happy with mdalisu at all, they promised to remove me from debt review, I paid the whole amount they wanted and they even told me they already have a court order to clear my name and they said that will only take 2 months but it has been more than 10 months and I am still under debt review, their phones are not going through and they take hours to respond to WhatsApp messages
