Debt Review Cancelation Certificate

I'm on debt review Mdalisu consultant his name is Silindile Mkhize contacted me explaining how they help people to get out of debt review I was happy and took their offer saying they got options of payment... I chose 5months payment end of May last year until September last I paid 7000 to them in an period of 5months... Here is the problem I have not get my Certificate from them I have been contacting them no answer sending WhatsApp messages and emails no response since January I have been trying to reach them... My last email was last week still nothing so I don't knw if I was scarmed or what is going on Lamavuso company has been contacting me saying my name is still appearing on debt review which means is not cleared by Mdalisu.. I sent my paperwork to Mandlakazi Tyafile which she is working for Mdalisu the date I send my paperwork to her it was 13th May 2024 they started debiting end of May.. I will be very glad if you can respond to my email ASAP you have got all my information..
