Debit order

I've been asked to pay R3000 by Mdalisu one they team to negotiate with my bank regarding my loans but they have done nothing and this is the worse experience ever I am not happy at all I want my money because you guys don't know what you are doing. I so wish it was still Simelane I wouldn't be facing this experience
