Cancellation of product with Mdalisu

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Mdalisu, particularly in my dealings with Sinothile Bhengu.

I requested to cancel the service and was then informed that I must pay a R1,500 cancellation fee. My main concern is that I was never shown or provided with documentation clearly explaining this cancellation fee before I agreed to the service.

I asked for proof showing where I agreed to the R1,500 cancellation fee, but instead of receiving clear documentation, I was simply told that I had to pay it.

Customers should be given all important terms, conditions and fees upfront so that they can make an informed decision before agreeing to a service.

Based on my experience, I am very unhappy with the lack of transparency and communication. I would not recommend Mdalisu unless they improve how they explain their fees and provide customers with the relevant documentation before charging them.
