CANCELLATION OF APPLICATION BAD SERVICE

I got a call from a lady saying she can assist me with removing me from debt review and after the call she has been not been responding as i have had a change of mind and told her i won't be continuing with the application, however she is very cheeky with me and saying she has ascalated the case with legal department my problem is that my account will be debited and no one has gotten back to me for cancellation as nothing has been started yet and if they debit my account it will be a serious matter because i requested a cancellation before 30 days and no one has assisted with me the name of the lady that assisted me is Zenande Nkane
