cancellation

Horrible experience...I entered into an agreement with this company on the 18/09/25, cancelled on the 19/09/25. The mission to get a confirmation is crazy, I have emailed , chatted on whatsapp and called nothing. Instead I get told finance will call me. Why is finance calling me when I cancelled within my cooling off period? I just need confirmation that this **** of a company is not gonna debit my account. You call them, they hang up on you or place you on hold after confirming your details. I need cancellation confirmation that is all I need
