Cancelation

I took a service with mdalusi, which on the contract stated that the contract can be canceled within 5working hours, Iv send them a canceletion letter of mine within 3days after signing the documents, they responded that the will email me the cancelation letter, in which they haven't done, I'm now surprised that they are debiting money from my account, I even referred a colleague of mine to them, whom his not pleased with them at all, I regret referring them and in which I would never do again, I would like my cancelation letter and my refund, and please stay away from my account
